Founder, President

Deborah Ritchey has over 30 years experience in the branding, marketing, and advertising businesses. Her career specialty is utilizing a variety of media to successfully move brands, products and services through the marketplace.

In 1984, Ms. Ritchey founded Blue Dimension, a Chicago based integrated marketing agency, to create client marketing communications with clear focus and extraordinary impact. As President her role includes active participation in each client’s strategic problem solving and creative executions as well as managing each project and overall company management.

She is a focused marketing strategist with a track record of executional excellence who can spot trends in the marketplace and then craft and execute result driven solutions to fill those identified opportunities. She is a strategic visionary with an ability to realize positive outcomes through creative out of the box thinking.

Deborah has a keen ability to integrate traditional and digital marketing to maximize clients’ success. As a strong strategic and operational professional she brings sound team building and project management skills that lead to improved top and bottom line results.

Prior to founding Blue Dimension, Deborah held an Account Executive position at the advertising agency, Marsteller, Inc. where her clients included Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Jim Beam’s Komora, Lanier and French’s. One major accomplishment was spearheading the immensely successful re-positioning of the Spiegel brand along with the creation of their multi-million dollar direct response image advertising campaign.
